Heat exchangers as part of the overall ventilation concept

Custom materials and configurations
The most commonly applied configuration for industrial heat exchangers consists of copper tubes with aluminium fins. This combination ensures efficient heat transfer and is widely used in HVAC and industrial applications.
Depending on operating conditions; such as higher temperatures, humidity levels or specific medium requirements, alternative materials and configurations are available. Each heat exchanger is designed according to the specific project demands and process parameters.
Cross-flow heat exchangers for heat recovery
In addition to standard coil-type heat exchangers, we also supply cross-flow heat exchangers for heat recovery applications. In these systems, for example, fresh outdoor air is preheated using thermal energy extracted from exhaust indoor air.
This significantly reduces the overall energy demand of the installation and contributes to lower operational costs and improved sustainability performance, particularly in production environments and utility buildings where large air volumes are handled.

Because fans and heat exchangers are technically interconnected, we always evaluate the complete system. Proper alignment prevents unnecessary pressure losses, capacity issues and inefficient energy use.
